Coaching Institute Student Portal
A portal for coaching classes: batches, attendance, study material, tests and fee reminders in one place.
Sample project. This is concept work based on a common business need, to show the kind of product we build. It is not a past client.
The problem
Classes run on WhatsApp groups and paper registers, so attendance, notes and fees are hard to track.
What we would build
We would build a portal with logins for students, parents and teachers, plus automatic fee and attendance alerts.
What this includes
- Batches, timetable and attendance
- Notes, videos and assignments
- Online tests with instant results
- Fee tracking and reminders
- Parent view of progress
- Admin reports
